Dear Aaron,

It has already been four months since our relocation to Long Beach and although we are still

not here on a permanent basis but almost, this thank you note to you is overdue

nonetheless.

We have relocated several times in the past, both outside of the United States and outside of

California. When it comes to exploring new horizons, learning about various localities and

people, researching and understanding the respective housing markets through the eyes of

a local Real Estate Broker, we speak from experience and know that not all brokers are

equal. And you Aaron are, in our opinion, one the best brokers we have ever worked with.

We have been fortunate in that most of these relocations have been to places we had

ultimately picked ourselves as opposed to being imposed upon us. This in mind, we had not

even quite yet decided to move to Long Beach, but your quick and "accurate" appraisal of

our likes and dislikes Aaron, helped tremendously in guiding us to reach that decision

without unnecessary torment and we are grateful for that assistance as well.

Simply put, it was refreshing to work with someone of your calibre, a true professional who

knows how to listen patiently and who can think creatively outside the box to overcome

problems and negotiate successfully yet diplomatically. It was refreshing to work with

someone who is dedicated and determined to succeed, willing to go way beyond the usual

call of duty while being a real pleasure to work with -- unpretentious, trustworthy, efficient,

effective and last but not least: on time.

It is said that those who are good at what they do know how to surround themselves with

good co-workers. You have put that to practice as well; Paulina being a living testimony.

What a pleasure to meet her, our only regret is not having said so earlier.

We wish you a long successful professional life and certainly hope to continue doing

business with you as opportunities arise.
