Duck Group offers a home buyer stimulus of $3,000 cash back for any home purchased with them by July 7, 2009

Long Beach, Ca. April 27, 2009: DUCK GROUP OFFERS CASH BACK HOME BUYER STIMULUS PACKAGE

If you plan on buying a home this year, DON’T MISS your stimulus check!

To help stimulate real estate market Duck Group is now offering its own version of an economic stimulus plan for the real estate market. This offer applies to all homes in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino & Riverside Counties.

ALL BUYERS QUALIFY

Terms: Duck Group will give cash rebates to home buyers purchasing homes through them only. Escrow on the homes must open before July 1, 2009. This stimulus offer is limited to the first 20 successful escrow closings. Any buyers in escrow while the 20 successful escrow number has been met would still qualify if they close escrow 45 days after that time period. Homes with a purchase price of $300,000 or higher qualify for a cash rebate of $3,000. Purchase prices of $200,000 and higher qualify for a cash rebate of $2,000. Purchase price under $200,000 qualify for a rebate determined by Duck Group on a case by case basis.

Cash rebates will be paid 30 days after escrow successfully closes. For home buyers to qualify they must register for this special cash rebate stimulus offer with Duck Group before escrow is open; without exception.
